We’re excited to announce the expansion of Hopi Hill’s pedestrian village will begin this winter. This is part of our long-term vision at Hopi that will see us aim to build as a community the world’s first truly sustainable ski village.

The first plots, which all possess unobstructed protected views of the ski resort will be auctioned in the spring of 2022. Plot sizes will be in the 40-60 tsubo range with a 100% buildable footprint. 

​

All residents will have access to all Hopi facilities (including the pony club, communal gardens and orchards, ski club, and onsen) and will be able to partake in the governance and future development of the village.
